Terms and Policies

1. Payment plans are available for item(s) over USD$1,000 with downpayment of 20% due in 24 hours upon claiming with an open invoice of 30 days. Item(s) over USD$2,000 with down payment of 20% due in 24 hours upon claiming with an open invoice of 60 days. Item(s) over USD$5,000 apply for 120 days open invoice with down payment of 20% due in 24 hours total cost of your order. Item(s) over USD$10,000 apply for 1 year open invoice with down payment of 20% due in 24 hours total cost of your order.

2. Payments will be accepted WISE and bank transfer, but please do contact me if there are other payment possibilities.

3. Please kindly send your shipping info including your name, address, phone and email after you’ve made your claim, and invoice will be sent accordingly

4. Shipping does NOT included in the costs unless previously agreed. I offer daily shipping worldwide (except weekends, holidays and vacations) and please contact me for shipping details if needed.

5. Payments made are non-refundable, and agreed payment terms needed to be filled on time in order to keep your item(s).

6. We only send via tracked shipping, and tracking will be available once sent.

7. All packages are wrapped by hands with love and care when packed. But we are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered. Refunds are not available if the packages are not insurared.

8. All packages are precious to both you and our business, options to apply insurances to packages are available. Please contact us if needed.

退款政策/Refund

我們的每件商品都是獨一無二的。我們不接受退貨，因為物品的來回寄送會大大增加損壞的可能性。我們在網站中盡可能提供商品充足的圖片、視頻和尺寸，以便您在購買前確實了解商品。然而，若在購買過程中仍需要更多額外的資訊，也歡迎您與我們聯繫。

寄送方式/Delivery

週一至週五每天發貨。由於目前僅接受匯款支付，我們將在確認訂單款項後盡快安排寄送。雖然我們無法控制運送人員的收貨及發貨速度，但我們會盡力確保您的訂單被仔細包裝並儘快開始運送。

若您有特別的寄送要求，如升級運送方式，請於訂單確認後與我們聯繫。

關稅或其他費用/Tax & Fee

根據您所在的國家/地區和訂單總價值而有所不同。多數國家將在報關時或送達時向您收取稅款。請諮詢您當地的海關或報關人員以了解您所在國家/地區的稅收規定。任何關稅或稅款將不包括在購物的支付金額中。
